Wrapping Paper
Robin~chan! Thank-you for the necklace! Just got it in the mail finally! <3
But I really have to ask. Crocodile wrapping paper? Why? Isn't that a little... strange? Cute though:

And I have no idea what to do with the erasers. Even if they're cute too:

If you're trying to send a message, it's unecessary. I got it. Jeez.
Also between this and Father's Day it got me wondering. There's thousands of types of wrapping paper with some strange, sometimes cute designs. Anyone have a favorite? Do you guys just use whatever's cheap/handy or get something personal for the person it's for, or personal coming from you?

The term "star-crossed" implies that two people cannot be together. At any rate, pardon the assumption, but it seems that you did not sleep with him, or at the very least that you certainly didn't do so consistently. You are quite an attractive woman by typical standards, but if you did not offer him access to your body, I see little reason why a person such as him would continually pursue you based on appearance alone. Perhaps he enjoys the challenge and hasn't found anyone he considers to be as attractive as you, but it's doubtful that he has no other reasons for wanting to be around you. I would not go so far as to assume that he loves you or is even romantically attracted to you, but based on what few interactions I've witnessed, it wouldn't surprise me if he considered you a friend of sorts.

And fighting for? Tch. I'm not even going to pretend that I understand Justice. I don't understand Smoker's view of it or why it's so important. I considered it as a second chance. To see what would happen.
But I told Smoker before and it still stands, he's the only one allowed to give me orders. Not because I trust him. I just... respect him.

...I have little respect for justice as I used to see it anymore, and none at all for the people I worked for. But I am tired of seeing people fight in its name without comprehending its gravity.

But laws? Politics? Governments? I don't get. I don't really try to get anymore.

I... specifically didn't sleep with him for well a number of reasons but also because... if I had he wouldn't be curious. I know I was a challenge to him and that's why he kept coming back. And granted. Bad timing I could have done without but...
Whether he considers me a friend or not I don't care. Maybe he does. But he only makes friends with people who've tried to kill him it seems. And he's so... stupid. I never did. Not once. And he just... I'd really like to strangle him. And he used to say I was the only one allowed to stab him in the back. Woman's perogative. And maybe he meant that to be romantic but it infuriated me. Because he never gave me a chance not to either and always assumed I eventually would and...

Jyabura's the only thing that proves my luck isn't thoroughly 100% abysmal all the time. I'm not going to mess that up for someone with whom I'd already KNOW how things would turn out. I want to see this through to see what does happen. I'm not going to sabotage myself on this. Especially not for Lupin.
