Wrapping Paper

Robin~chan! Thank-you for the necklace! Just got it in the mail finally! <3

But I really have to ask. Crocodile wrapping paper? Why? Isn't that a little... strange? Cute though:

And I have no idea what to do with the erasers. Even if they're cute too:

If you're trying to send a message, it's unecessary. I got it. Jeez.

Also between this and Father's Day it got me wondering. There's thousands of types of wrapping paper with some strange, sometimes cute designs. Anyone have a favorite? Do you guys just use whatever's cheap/handy or get something personal for the person it's for, or personal coming from you?

If I knew how to deal with emotion, I would tell you. Perhaps you could speak to someone who might be able to advise you better on the subject.

Well, neither do I. But I hope you figure it out. You're more annoying than usual when in the midst of emotional crisis.

You have tags related to how much you don't miss him, and aren't worried about him.

...

I understand what you mean. That is the way I used to feel about Luffy. It's the way I still feel about him in some respects, to be honest.

I just don't want to see this become a problem. I've decided that I'm the only one allowed to hurt you, you know.

I assure you that I can handle myself.

I no longer underestimate anyone.

What? No. A thousand times no.

...Has he spoken to you about it?

...Thank several nonexistent deities. I apologize for that moment of irrational paranoia.

Yes, I remember. What about it?

...

He--

Oh.

...I'm sure this is a situation that requires one to tread lightly, and I have no response that might be classified as delicate or tactful.

It's not funny.

...I-- this is difficult. Pardon me. ...I know that you can be impulsive, and I've somehow managed to grow fond enough of you not to want to see you rush into something you might regret. So I would advise you to think it through very thoroughly.

On that same note...I...no, never mind. Don't do something just to make someone else happy; it's stupid.

It is not.

Well, just be aware that there are pros and cons to be considered.

...What I was going to say is that I've also, god forbid, grown...tolerant enough of the mutt that I don't want to see him...hurt. Only because I am the only one allowed to destroy his happiness. So don't string him along.

Not.

...I also need to point out, because you may not have realized, that while it's good that you can be honest around him, you should also consider the possibility that he may not always be there to make you feel that way. He has a sense of loyalty and monogamy that borders on pathetic, and I have no reason to believe that he would leave you with children if you decide to have them, but like most people on this ocean, he leads a difficult life, and Rokushiki is hard on the body. There is more than one reason that the average life expectancy of a CP9 agent is quite low.

...I believe the expression is "die in a fire".

Yes. He doesn't want this to happen right away, does he? That's almost an unprecedented level of impulsiveness, even from him.
