Sea king meat is notoriously varied in quality; also their appetites are very large. I think the return on investment would be rather diminished by expenses.

You also have to factor in the issue of supply and demand. Sea king meat is relatively expensive now because there is rather lower supply and, as you said, quite a high demand.

Success tends to breed imitation. I only hope you can keep up.

I know the Marines have a method of herding them; it would be difficult to compete in that instance. And later companies almost always have the advantage of older ones.

But then, I tend to take a very long-term view of such things. If your plan is to keep it short and fast, then I think you will be fine.

You might want to think about it. I'm not saying it will fail, but having a timetable is important. Decide what you consider to be adequate return on investment, calculate potential return on investment, find your happy medium, and then do not get caught up in more. It saves a lot of trouble in the long run.

That actually sounds rather modest. You seemed a lot more certain in your entry. Would you like me to go over the numbers for you?

That, at least, is something I can manage without too much exertion. Send them to me whenever you're ready.

If I were feeling more up to the task, I'd want to see their facilities for myself.

Well, from the numbers, I think even your relatively modest desired return of a mere 50% might be pushing it. Their overheads are surprisingly high.

It is still possible. Provided there aren't any storms in that part of the sea. One really furious squall could wipe out most of the operation.
