No. Because my ah not getting along with people who gave me orders got me kicked out of every military organization I've been in. And the Japanese police force. It might even account for a few of the countries that I was exiled from. Smoker wasn't in a position of authority over me so there's no reason necessarily we wouldn't get along but... it's been YEARS since anyone offered me a position in the miliary and from what I'd heard about the world government I was well... shocked.... But... I don't know... I keep thinkng if my officers had been more like Smoker or Garp... Nevermind it's a moot point.
