Well, when you get screamed at by the Chief everyday, you start to notice how red his face gets and the blood vessels bursting... Yeah. Hm!

The Chief's not a bad person. I just had the ability to piss him off better then anyone back home. Hm!

I remember one time, I came to work hung over. He was so mad that he told everyone to speak as loud as possible just to teach me a lesson.

Nope. Shinigami are stuck here until their regrets can be released. I'm a special case though. I'll probably be a shinigami forever.

I can't really run away from the Ministry... Enma-Daioh would eventually find me. That's the price I pay for the job.

Well, Enma-Daioh turned me into a shinigami. I'm in his debt for saving me at my trial. I really can't escape from Meifu even if I tried. Between my boss and my bond with him, I'm stuck here until I can pass on.

That's to part of this world that bothers me. I can't sense Meifu or Gensoukai at all. I don't know if he can reach across worlds to me. I kind of miss him. He has been good to me...

I don't know if that would be good for this world. Enma-Daioh doesn't like to harm humanity. That was why he birthed the shinigami, so his prescence wouldn't harm Life.

Oh yes, his presence alone is daunting to those that fear him. He cares about his shinigami a great deal. We're like his children after all.
