Who: You, any character who signs up + partner // Yes, NPCs may be included.
When: Sign-ups continue now until the 24th. Party Post will be on the 25th around midnight to 3 am my time (Eastern U.S) so that Europe gets it early~ In MM time, it'll end the 25th BUT real life time means it'll go for weeks :P
What: Carnival! YAY!! You signs up for contests and your characters pay and win money <3. The Crew that gets the most wins, wins a special prize.
Where: Lavinrac Island. Every ship has an eternal pose to get there.
Why: For funsies, nakamaship, MONEY, and whatever reason you want ;)
How: The winners will be chosen by out-of a hat matchoffs except in special cases.
