I don't know about that. Too many kids are willing to rush headlong into what they think life is about only to find it wrought with disappointment. I know I did. Take your time of it Toboe. You'll figure it out and if you try to rush it you'll just get hurt.

I don't like to be a burden. I know I already turned an adult with my first kill, and was able to protect the pack, but I still feel like I'm no good to anyone. I just want that to change I guess.

I wouldn't call you a burden ever. Hell you're more useful than half of the people on this ship.

But nothing wrong with wanting to get stronger. I almost always do myself too and I've done a lot to get it. Just don't feel like you have to rush it. Go with what your instincts tell you is best.

Similar. Cigars actually. Smoker was turned into a half wolf, half dog like your friend Blue, for a week.

Unfortunately Crocodile was turned into a cat. So there's no garuntee I'd wind up as a wolf.

I would despise being turned into a cat. My theory is that it's affected by the animals close by. Crocodile kept a whole bunch of cats and Smoker's ship was near Garp's and Garp had a dog. So I THINK I'd turn into a wolf with you and Jyabura nearby. Not sure though, thus the risk.

Yes but I'm hoping it's also half personality since Smoker was turning to a half-wolf but the dog on Garp's ship wasn't a wolf at all.

Hn. When he disappeared I wound up missing him more than I expected.

From what I can gather all three probably have the same attitude. Or aura or something. Basically, I think that's what I mean about them being kind of lupine. Lupin was a little too. It's... hard to put my finger on exactly what I mean but the best I can describe it is kind of wolfish in behaviour.

Lupin was... He's a very complicated man to explain. In my world he was a world famous theif. A lot of times we were allies, sometimes we were enemies. On occasion, we were lovers. But Lupin had one distinctly un-wolflike behavior despite his name (which means wolf), he's a total playboy. One woman's not enough to hold his attention so I walked out on him.
