[ooc: Log Post with SDC Crew and anyone who can wing by]
WHO: Fujiko, Jyabura, Lambo, Ipin, and everyone on the SDC ship with a bunch of surprise guests as they can manage it
WHAT: Jyabura and Fujiko are hiding from Friday the 13th and just to prove they are cursed, everyone keeps interrupting their hiding
WHEN: Friday the 13th (March, 2nd in a row)
WHERE: Jyabura's Room and SDC ship in general -- under the bed (not in)
WHY: To see how many interruptions we could get in one day and to fit in as many people as possible. Seriously, if you think you can have a MMverse reason for stopping by or just really really want to, DO SO :D We promise to love you for it.
WARNING: It's like PG (but with bad language because that's how a lot of the crew members are). Nothing too violent/sexual happens because anytime they think about it, someone crashes in. And the crackier the reasons, the better.
They'd made a blanket fort. Okay, Fujiko could acknowledge it was a little um... childish at best but she'd been serious about taking Silver's sarcastic suggestion to hide under a pile of blankets to heart. It worked for Gold Roger (sort of) so there had to be something to do it. They were stocked up. Painkillers for Jyabura after his fight from the night before, he was healing faster than any regular human could but she still worried. Grapes in case they got hungry and water bottles. Laptops, check. Books, check. And a mountain of blankets. The space under Jyabura's bed wasn't very big but it was fortifiable and that's what counted most. They weren't going to fake their own funerals (though after the sparring match it might have been easier to do) just in case it made Fate more mad than not. Still, hiding seemed like a very good idea and to hell with anyone who thought otherwise.
Besides the time at least would give her the chance to really focus on getting rid of Mello's virus. And however much he refused to admit it, Jyabura needed the rest.

Apparently tea was really the last of their worries. "No fire on the submarine!" She exclaimed in annoyance. "Don't make me go get some gyoza!" She put her hands on her hips and came off about as intimidating as an enraged parakeet.

"I WILL DEFEAT YOUUUUU!" Garp roared tackling Fate. At which point a loud screech and spoiiing noise happened and Garp vanished along with his enemy.

"Um?" Fujiko looked up Jyabura who was grumpy and probably as freaked out as her. "What now?" She was confused, a little worried, a little relieved and definitely stunned. Fate clearly DID cheat and apparently Garp was the only one realy capable of dealing with it. And meanwhile Jyabura...
"You ok?"
He'd yelled at her too but she was pretty sure he hadn't meant for her to get out but she was definitely worried about him. "I could get ice for your shoulder... and um since Garp has Fate by the... whatever... we could you know... barricade the door and I'll kiss it better?"

"M'sorry," he muttered. "On the bright side, I think we're safe from Fate for...oh, at least the next couple hours." He got up from the floor, looked at Fujiko for a moment, and reached forward to wrap his arms around her waist, pulling her close to him. "My shoulder's fine. Question is, how are you? You gonna have a breakdown or anything? I wouldn't blame you."

Her heartbeat sped as his arms wrapped around her waist sliding her closer. "I've had way worse days than this," she confessed. "Hell that other Friday the 13th before I met you was way worse." She softly brushed his hair behind his head trying to soothe him as much as possible. Tenderly kissing his sore shoulder she looked up at him with wide brown eyes, "What about you? Are you ok?" It was almost weird to be more concerned about him than herself. She always got worried when Lupin got hurt but to her knowledge he'd never worried that much about her in return. Though that might just be because she didn't get hurt as often as him. Fujiko leaned in closer, chest up against his and searching into his dark eyes to make sure he was ok.
