So despite the thunderstorm, she'll be running around in a trench coat and boots, snagging clothes or trinkets, or whatever else she deems worthy. Hope you didn't want that thing she's got her eye on, because she probably won't share. There's a voice post in the middle of all this shark-like shopping frenzy though.]

It really is hard to keep up with fashions around here, hm? What with everyone from different worlds or times, and no way to know how things are back home. Can we all just agree floral prints are out this year and possibly indefinitely? Leave it to the boys and their Hawaiian shirts. Or maybe some of the New Feathers can tell us about a few trends back home?

And is it just me or this some great weather for hang-gliding? [Just you Fujiko, just you.] I'm thinking I'll hit the mountains when I finish shopping here. Anyone care to join me for a flight?

[Seriously, someone talk her out of this. Metal pipes attract electricity and all that and being a human kite in this weather is just insane. Even for Fujiko.]

In this place, yes. You make contacts with elemental spirits. If you're interested in wind magic, look for a woman named Valvalis, she's very talented. Especially since she's actually a wind goddess. Though you still have to find the wind spirits to make contact with them.

"Phases through?" Like you go through phases? One minute retro, the next minute goth?

No like, I can, like, walk through solid objects and walls.

I'm pretty good with my power. I still have a lot to learn though.

Like what? It must be nice though, no waiting in crowds, and you never have to take an elevator down. Oh! Or if there was a diamond mine you could just walk in and pick them up!

I don't have complete control of my power, and if I keep training, who knows what else I'll be able to do with it. Not to mention, I can only use it for a short time.

How short?

Well, it depends on what I'm using my power on. If it's just me, I can use it longer. Once I had to phase a train through another train, but I didn't get that far.

Yeah. It's pretty cool. I can mess with electronics too.

I phase through them and it screws them up. Comes in pretty handy.

What... how is that handy? Wouldn't you want them in tact?

No if your enemy is a robot trying to kill you.

Oh. That'd definitely come in handy then. I didn't even think of that. Do you often have robot enemies after you?

We did, once. Though beating them was nearly impossible.

Good thing phasing through them messes them up then!

Yeah... [It was more difficult than that though.] In the end we got them.

Robots are always a pain in the ass. Here most of all.
