Yo, uh...[Well that sounded stupid.] Fujiko. It's Raph if...that ain't obvious. Probably is. I uh, wanted to ask if you're still up for - [Our date? No, not a date. What if it's not a date and he just made that up in his head? Dinner? No. Meeting? Nuh-uh.] makin' plans.

Ah, yeah... get back to me when you get this.

[There's definite anxiety in his voice, Fujiko. He's obviously worried about something.]

Hm. The rides? Don't really do it for me. [Though he could very, very easily be persuaded.]

[On a handwritten card firmly pinned up behind one of her still armed traps:]

This isn't how I wanted our discussion to go, but it will have to work for now. I'm headed off on a boat tomorrow for a Mission. You know the drill.

We can talk more over the weekend. I left you a present to keep you busy until then.

[On the backside of the card is a map and game similar to the one she left him when she went on the Underwater Mission. It will lead her similarly around the village and parts of the enclosure, including to the Flower Shop-- where a bouquet of a dozen red roses has been placed on hold especially for her--and the Bakery where there is a small, customized cake adorned with edible cherry blossoms waiting for her.

The final stop is the Fountain. Cleverly, hidden in the crevasse between marble slabs, is another slip of paper:]

I'll get this for you too.

[Red takes a moment to straighten his skirt and settle his fluttering heart before knocking on the door to Fujiko's apartment, remembering full well what happened the last time they met. It was over a month ago at this point, and Red was surprised that another Malnosso experiment had awoken him once more--in a feminine body, no less.

The last time he was active, he left Lupin with a mess. It was time to fix as much of it as he could.

He takes in a deep, calming breath before rapping firmly on the door. Once. Twice. Thrice.]

Fujiko? You in?

[There is a particularly interesting wooden box sitting on the coffee table for Fujiko to find that morning. On top of it is a simple card with a quickly sketched caricature of Lupin with a sly grin on his face, as if to invite her to try to open it.

When she succeeds (since there is no doubt that she will), she will find a simple note inside:]

Fujiko--

I volunteered for another mission. I'll bring you back something cool, but you'll just have to accept this little gift for now.

[Also inside the box Fujiko will find a delicately folded piece of tissue paper. It has a very simple yet elegant necklace hidden inside of it.
