Well... like I said before, they're not entirely machines, nor are they entirely organic. They are living machines that use human souls brought back from the dead as their energy source. They feed on the living, growing stronger with each kill, and their oil or 'blood' is horrendously poisonous and kills almost instantaneously.

That...sounds a little like the Heartless. They're definitely both dangerous though.
