OOC: Gokudera's Party Log Post

OBVIOUSLY you don't have to show up. We know it's short notice and during the week (feel free to run threads for months I don't mind) we just had a lot of people wanting to log things related to it and rather than have 17 little logs (seriously, I mean it is starting to clutter friend's page, for which I apologize because I think 1/2 of that is me orz) THIS WAY everyone can and all one post. And be spontaneous whatever.

It's decorated for Gokudera's birthday, nothing TOO big and flashy but Fujiko got him a piano banner because she's like that. (and did one for Akito/Agito so yeah)

Also of course, the awesome amazing PIANO Tsuna and Reborn got him with Brooke to visit and play!! YAY!

Gokudera crosses his arms, looking as frustrated as a wet cat. "Not used to what?"

"P-people being concerned about me" And showing it. Miranda looks up at the bomber for a split second and, seeing his exasperated expression, feels bad for opening her mouth in the first place and promptly returns to staring at the carpet.

"You're not the only one." Gokudera shrugs and returns his hands to his pockets. "Since you're crew, it's kind of my job though."

The woman lifted her head slightly, feeling the blush dim down a little, but not much. Because she's crew. Alright. She could live with that. "Well... t-thank you, either way"

"Of course." He nods, "Oh, I should show it to the Tenth! He'll probably like it!"

"Probably" she chirped, slipping back into that comfort that was usually associated with being with her close friend and meeting his gaze. "Do you want to go find everyone so we can sing and cut it already?"

"Sing?!" Gokudera looks startled and steps back, raising an arm dramatically. He had expected the cake but having everyone gather in one space and singing at him seems horrible.

"...I don't want people to sing to me. I'm not in the mood." When was he ever in the mood? Gokudera pouts at her as he watches the Exorcist.

"Alright so... what do you want to do then?" Miranda asked, head cocked slightly. How did he expect everyone to come see the cake, then? Just rally them up?

"I need to discuss some plans with the Tenth." Gokudera says, feeling a bolt of excitement run through him at the idea. "But I haven't seen him all night except in the music room."

Pouting, Miranda remembers how Tsuna left so suddenly back when she was in the music room. He had left to chase after Haru... that's what she thought anyway. Should she tell Gokudera? Probably not... not the whole story anyway. "That was the last time I saw him too. I wonder where he ran off to"

Unbridled concern takes over all of his face and he bites at his lower lip. "I should go find him and make sure everything is all right."

"I-I think he's fine... He seemed fine last time I saw him" The woman smiles sheepishly at the teen. If Tsuna was trying to fix things with Haru, then the bomber was the last thing those two needed interrupting them.

"Still!" Gokudera says. "I need to thank him again anyways." He smiles brightly and can't get the urge to see his boss to settle out of him.

Oooh what should she do? Follow him and make sure he doesn't interrupt... whatever Tsuna and Haru were doing? T-that sounded like the best idea. But what if they did find them, what was she supposed to do? "Where are you going to look for him first?"

"Well... Maybe the deck." Gokudera says, looking up thoughtfully. He has no idea where the Tenth is, but he knows he'll find him eventually and he won't give up no matter how hard anyone attempts to persuade him.

"Alright! Let's get going then!" Miranda took a few steps forward towards the exit of the dining hall, and stopped, turning on her heels to face the silver-haired teen, waiting for him to get a move on.

"Do you need to see the Tenth too?" Gokudera asks as he follows her at his own relaxed pace, hands in his pockets and a politely curious smile on his face.

"No, we just have something we want you to see," Yamamoto added, seeming to appear out of no where.

"Ah!" Gokudera jumps at the unexpected company. "What? I-I really should go check on the Tenth..." He steps back, evasively glancing at the door.

Yamamoto knew his student was having some special time with one of his best friends and didn't want Haru interrupted, "C'mon, Gokudera! Tsuna will be back when it's time for you to blow out your candles."

"But..." The idea of Tsuna singing happy birthday to him pops up in his mind and he pouts. He doesn't want to miss his chance. "What do you want to show me?"
