I agree that it's sad. And sadder still that it's common. I don't know why most humans don't mate for life. I don't understand it myself. I told Jyabura once that monogamy is kind of like a fire. The more passionate and intense it is, the better, the warmer and more exciting. But also the scarier. Maybe it's because they're afraid of getting burned by it. Like you said, humans are afraid a lot. And maybe some of them are afraid of not taking chances with someone else. I'm not really sure. To me, if it's not passionate and loyal enough, it's not worth it. I mean if it's not to the point where you wouldn't even want to be with someone else, then you don't really like them enough in the first place.

Nice! ^_^ It's kind of like becoming independent for a human then. Maybe because wolves have to go alone, seperate from their pack sometimes? So being able to hunt something on your own is proof that you can be independent when you need to be?

Yeah Jyabura too. He worries a lot but he's usually good at hiding it to everyone else. Renge says it's because he's a "wild type" and he can only show his true feelings to someone he loves.
