That is exactly what I was thinking. It makes sense... Maybe the only thing that makes sense? But I still can't get any other evidence on it. Not even on where he is but I guess given his Devil Fruit that's not surprising. He doesn't even buy the stuff in the same place, it's all over. At first I thought that meant he was on the move but I think it's more so that he's hard to track down. Ironically though, that was the only way I could pick up a trail at all.
