Hey remember all those permissions posts a while back? XD have another.



To introduce; Fujiko is a master thief, entirely kleptomaniac, and more than used to using her charms to get her way. She won't be using her guns often (And she will instantly go get them before too many people can so much as SEE them there.) for lack of bullets. But given her empathetic/thieivng/wily nature, I like to have somethings clear in advance and it's good for CR, hopefully, yes?

For stealing purposes, Fujiko loves shiny things, rare things, and valuable things best. Since everything's free, she mostly be going after things that catch her eye. Which would often be personal items. Which is why I desperately need your help! PLEASE AND THANKS!!


1. Can she steal from your character(s): y/n.
-If so: (If not, just delete the rest/any part that's inapplicable)

- How personal is it?
- Is there a story attached?
- Curses?
- To what lengths will your character go to get it back?
- Are there magic items she can steal from your character(s)? / Would it be obvious how to work it? (note: she would not usually know and it might take her a while to figure out, assuming she doesn't stash it.)
- Vehicles? She's especially fond of motorcycles and anything fast or that can fly.
- Can she break into your character's shops/personal space? (Note, she won't bother with apartments/houses unless she's told of something specific there, but the shops she's a lot more likely to nose through to get one of the above)

2. How much can she flirt with your character? (and/or would you rather she didn't)
- Is your character vampiric?
- Is your character slightly animal/werewolf/only half-human?
- Is your character mafia related?
- If your character is female, she'll only do it to get something from other guys in the area.
- If she is allowed to flirt, would your character likely get attached and get upset when they find out she's just a tease and possibly using them? (ooc totally okay with me, and happens a lot to her in canon.)
- Can she tie them up to bed posts and leave them there?
- If she gets too worried can she hit them with her boxing glove on a spring trap? About :24 in
- Is your character likely to set off her apartment's insane security and bear traps? (yes... bear traps. They're painful.)

3. For animal characters, Can she love all over them?
- She gets along best with wolves, "monsters", and anything bigger than a wolf (in canon, polar bears, reindeers, tigers, lions) -- she has a toss up with small cats, as many of them creep her out.
- Is she allowed to be instantly clingy to them?
- Are they likely to bite if she is (at which she'll try to be more calm):
- Can she sing to them? (It's been known to have Disney effects, and summon the Loch Ness Monster~ With love) and/or Will this make them tell her to shut up? (she'll get depressed)

4. Can she hack your journals/threads/etc. How about thread-jump?
While obviously I won't go for the ones locked 100%...
- Are your characters really as skilled at the locking as banks and the Pentagon
- Is she allowed to hack lulzy things that have no REASON to be hacked?
- Can she be annoying and everywhere and threadjump at the most random things? (she's nosy and this is pretty much literally why Jigen hates her so much)
- Can she sulk about not being involved on random things that don't concern her? (more an ooc permission than for IC purposes)
- How violently will your character(s) react after a point/what's the breaking point? (she will back off when it gets super serious)

5. Is your character likely to back Fujiko into a corner she'd have to fight?
- Is it something she probably did? (stealing/nosiness/see above)
- Could they get through her (many many many) traps?
- Would they try to lure her/trap her? (totally easy to do. Just put down shinies. It's like a mousetrap.)
If so, how?
- Would she be forced to use her (SUPER LIMITED) bullets? AND is she allowed to with your character(s)? Would it even work on the character? (Note: For vampires/werewolves, she DOES carry silver bullets, Lupin III is a weird series, and she has met the original Dracula.)
- Is your character a master swordsman / can they deflect bullets? (she's scared of this type the most)
- Is your character a martial artist / how good are they? ((Nudity warning: Fujiko is talented))
- Would your character be willing to blackmail her/strike up a "join me and I'll use you" deal to save her life?
- Good or evil, can that character be double-crossed when/if she switches sides?

6. Is your character likely to intimidate her?
- Is your character a cyborg/robot? (Even friendly ones will scare her some)
- Are they nazis, zombies, timid themselves? (Those do not scare her much)
- Superpowers she would easily find out about through nosiness/journals/word on the street?
- Would your character be likely to use this on her?
If so: Fujiko can go in to babble mode when scared, literally in the manga speech bubbles overflowing with "babble" usually I try to keep it to a minimum because it ticks people off. Is a little bit of TL;DR okay or would you rather I just put in brackets, [Insert babble here.] and stick to important things only? -- She also does it to throw people off the trail etc.

7. Can she see through other character's disguises? Can your character see through her lies?
It isn't a magic power, just part of being one of the world's best thieves
- Lies? (she's actually pretty gullible so it has to be something she's bluffing/serious on/emotional)
- In seeing through other people, she gives some of herself away, would that character be able to use it and see through parts of her in return?

-- Completely allowed to a degree. Fujiko tends to wing a lot of stuff, and even truth serum is shown in canon not to get her to always tell the truth. SO, please let me know which characters can and the extent of which! Also, is it allowed that some of her lies can still be tucked away? She piles them on ad nauseum.

For permissions of things you can automatically do to Fujiko without asking (just put needed info in brackets):
Thread-hopping/hacking: Always, and anything under 100%, (even 99% and usually I won't go 100%)
Flirting/hitting on/lewd comments: Yes and she'll flirt back.
Insults: She's honestly more used to insults than politeness and might be rude back, but otherwise won't be fazed.
Groping: The character WILL get slapped/kicked/boxing glove/etc unless she's in an actual romance (but even Lupin still gets constantly beat up like that and then some and she's admitted to being in love with him).
Crack/magic/body-switch/transformation/curse: YES PLEASE. The crazier, the better. Fujiko spends most of Lupin III getting into impossible wtf situations. She's been through a lot of crazyness.
Getting back anything stolen: Yup! If it's obvious she just stashed it somewhere, your character can probably find it. Imaginably, her apartment will be filled up at some point (OTL) so she'll use free apartments on the floor which won't be heavily trapped and you can just find it there, no problem. If it's something extra special your character might need to be able to maneuver through the traps and/or find a way to get her to give it back.
Stealing from Fujiko: Same deal as above.
Conning Fujiko: Oh man so easy. She's really gullible, and she's easily suckered into pyramid schemes and the like so this is by far your best bet to get anything from her.
Punching/slapping: Unless she's pretending to be docile or knows she's clearly outmatched, she'll kick in the nuts, when just taking it/in disguise, she'll just take it.
4th Wall Break and/or being from the same time period/world: 100% okay. In the manga Fujiko calls Monkey Punch her "stalker" and the pervert who's too obsessed with drawing her naked and occasionally yells at him. Due to the infamous and long-running nature of the series, she's mildly infamous herself, HOWEVER, she's gone to great lengths not to be as famous as Lupin, so anyone who would have heard of her should only have heard of her in connection with Lupin. Poking/bugging/harrassing her about it is okay, and canon. She's been all over Earth, been involved with historical landmarks (way more important with Hetalia characters generally) and had tributes to from other series. Also a crossover with Detective Conan/Case Closed. So anyone who would know of her can. If they canon watch the show/read the manga, they can mention it to her, she still won't be fazed and just bring up Monkey Punch.

On a continued 4th wall break note: I'm limiting her references to things she brought up more than once. Which leaves Casablanca, James Bond, Mario Bros. some FPS video games made up in the show, and Sherlock Holmes/Aresene Lupin the first. On Sherlock Holmes, she would try to avoid him (because he was able to hold his own against Lupin's grandfather = scary) but might be a little curious. However, she wouldn't actually fully break 4th wall since he's actually REAL in her world/version. Ditto Arsene Lupin the first and mentioning him. James Bond she seems to secretly wish was real so she'd fangirl him. (Ditto Sean Connery as she's done) but the big worry isn't so much in that she'd directly break 4th wall, it's that she'd bring stuff up a lot. Lupin III has a lot of pop references to EVERYTHING. Fujiko's are a lot LOT less than Lupin, hers mostly revolve around music, which is a big deal with her character, and sometimes unrequited love/romance/etc. Most of the legends used in Lupin are so far bent to be Lupin specific that it's not a huge deal, but a character based in heavy mythology might recieve extra notice/attention without anything super specific.

This applies for Yuber, Erim, and Arshtat.

I'm going to say no, because I have characters likely to try and kill her if she did.

Erim and Arshtat are female, so won't apply much there. I do advise against flirting with Arshtat's son, Freyjadour, where she can see, she's likely to disapprove.

She can definitely try to flirt with Yuber. I can almost guarantee it will fail miserably. And she should be able to catch right off that he's not human. Just look at his eyes, the red one is definitely not something that a human would have. If that doesn't clue her in, just let him open his mouth, he'll give away he's not human pretty fast.

3. For animal characters, Can she love all over them?

N/A, don't play any animals.

4. Can she hack your journals/threads/etc. How about thread-jump?

If I don't mind people hacking, I give a percentage, as long as you are fair with her skills, I don't mind people hacking. Thread jumping is fine as long as the other person is all right with it and you don't take over my ability to tag with them.

Hah, you know Yuber's ranking on the villains list. If that doesn't intimidate her, nothing will. She can try any tactic she wants to try and dissuade him, but if he wants her death, only thing that will work is running away. He does not give chance to cowards who run unless it would be amusing to him (and player permits killing). He's known to be a master swordsman, use lightning magic and teleportation. Anything beyond that I'd prefer you find out IC since he's not used it as much and it hasn't been spoken of as readily.

7. Can she see through other character's disguises? Can your character see through her lies?

Yuber's disguises honestly suck. I would prefer people not see through those until he talks at least, because he does make an effort to at least remove every remarkable trait about him with them (changing his hairstyle, wearing colors besides black, wearing sunglasses to hide his eyes, etc.)

She would not be able to see through Erim's illusions. Those are magical and would require a magical ability (and a load of power too, she's a very good illusionist when it comes to her disguise).

Arshtat never uses disguises.

As far as lies go, no special powers from any of them in either direction.

Because this is so huge I'll just preface by saying this is for hazelrink, antisilent, sixwayheart, soulbait, generalflirt, and god_is_a_dude so I don't need to re-link who they are all the time. PHEW now let's go.

1. Can she steal from your character(s): All of them except Ciel (see below) and you have permission to break in for all of them if I get some heads up.
-Haruki has numerous nicknack-y items he's packratted from the shops all over the Brigade HQ and his house. Nothing overtly valuable, I bet, sans a laptop which is something to be valued here... sorta.
-Heart and Kida have absolutely nothing of value.
-Charlotte has lots and lots of clothes as well as... some other stuff such as a bronze elephant. But nothing which is "valuable" just yet unless I want to make her find like say the crown of her country (which might make for a fun subplot if you want).
-Atsuki actually does have something very valuable, but I can't give permission to steal it. The ring on his finger at all times is a one-of-a-kind item which may or may not be a fragment of God's flesh (the game is vague) and gives people psychic powers... one in every ten thousand times. The other 9999 times it kills them when they put it on. In light of that I'm not sure he would survive removing it, so.
-Ciel actually has the most things to steal but he also has soulphile who is in a God tier of all butlers to protect them. If you want to make a little diddly out of a thief run anyway it might be fun though.

2. How much can she flirt with your character?
-Ciel is 13 and looks like he's teen, so I doubt he's applicable.
-Kida will flirt with her so he is unquestionably yes... even if he is and looks sixteen. He's a normal human and a former gang leader, but he makes no indication of this usually. I'm fine with him being boxing-gloved if it comes to that (but I doubt it will) and he's the only one likely to set off the traps. ...Or tying to a bed if it comes to that but given who he is I doubt it will (but who knows really). He wouldn't care if she's a tease (he kinda is himself) but he would get attached either way.
-Haruki is eighteen and looks about his age and I've no qualms with anything with him. He's a normal human. He isn't likely to get into a situation to tie to the bed and would shrug off her being a tease (he'd assume it from the get go).
-Heart is a dating robot so it all depends on how she interacts wit her first. I'd have to get back to you. I've got no qualms with her flirting with her to any extent though regardless.
-Charlotte is a girl who is eighteen-ish and looks it, I've got no qualms with anything, she probably won't get it. She's a normal human.
-Atsuki is seventeen and looks his age. I've got no qualms with him. He's a (mostly) normal human. Atsuki would know she was lying from point one unless she's resistant to his ability to read minds (see his own permission post) but wouldn't mind that much.

3. For animal characters, Can she love all over them?
N/A for me.

4. Can she hack your journals/threads/etc. How about thread-jump?
-You have permission to hack anything on any of mine (sans 100%). She can comment on anything or threajack into reply chains, but please ask me so I can ask the person I'm threading with at the time first.
-Ciel will order Sebastian to kill her if she hacks and comments on something he doesn't want her to. No seriously, he will. Not that I would mind, but still. His average filter is now between 90% unhackable and 100%, I tend to specify with him.
-Kida, Heart, and Charlotte all suck at filters and more or less won't care usually.
-Haruki will be miffed but he's mercurial so he'd let it go quickly enough. His filter strengths are all over and I tend to specify with him.
-Atsuki rarely filters things, but if he does feel free to go in on him. He won't care all that much on the surface.

For Adell, Yellow 13 (David Jordan) and Batman

1. Can she steal from your character(s): No. Adell and Yellow 13 would have nothing of value to her, and good luck trying to steal from Batman.

2. How much can she flirt with your character? She can flirt with all three of them if she wants to. Adell's a bit young for her at 18, though. Thirteen's most likely to be suckered by it. Batman will basically lineface at any advances.
- If she is allowed to flirt, would your character likely get attached and get upset when they find out she's just a tease and possibly using them? Thirteen might, depending on the degree of flirting. If it's just obvious teasing to moderate flirting, he'll be fine. Anything indicating serious interest is where it'll get to be a problem.
- Can she tie them up to bed posts and leave them there? Not really applicable, but I suppose it could happen to Thirteen if for whatever reason it would happen.
- If she gets too worried can she hit them with her boxing glove on a spring trap? I doubt that'll happen. Batman and Adell would never get that far and Thirteen would only do so with consent.
- Is your character likely to set off her apartment's insane security and bear traps? (yes... bear traps. They're painful.) Adell and Batman might if they have reason to investigate. Adell's clumsier than Batman and can take a lot more punishment, so if Adell trips them the injuries are bound to be more comedic in nature (much like Lupin III itself), whereas Batman's very likely to disarm them.

3. For animal characters, Can she love all over them? N/A

1. Can she steal from your character(s): If she thinks it's worth anything.
-If so: (If not, just delete the rest/any part that's inapplicable)
- What: Vampire hunter weapons (ask for a list), an electric guitar with mini amp, an acoustic guitar.
- Value: Market value on the musical instruments (They're good quality, probably Fender or the equivalent). Sword is a family heirloom and pretty old; the 9mm and shotgun are market value, and the rest of the weapons are 'homemade'.
- How personal is it? This is all he owns; and the surfboard it's stored in.
- Is there a story attached? Surfboard: Used to be functional and is a remnant of his childhood. The sword was his sensei's. The gun he'd rather not lose. The rest he wouldn't be too concerned about.
- Curses? Nope, but all of his weaponry has been repeatedly blessed by catholic priests.
- To what lengths will your character go to get it back? He'd ask nicely for the guitars and surfboard (and then steal them back if he couldn't get them back the other way), He will stop at nothing short of death and cruelty to get the sword back, the rest he'll ask but won't be too upset if he doesn't get them back.
- Are there magic items she can steal from your character(s)? / Would it be obvious how to work it? Nope, no magic here/
- Vehicles? She's especially fond of motorcycles and anything fast or that can fly. His Jeep...except, it;s not here. He also used to restore cars back home, including a wide variety of muscle cars. :)
- Can she break into your character's shops/personal space? Sure. Not much to steal though.

2. How much can she flirt with your character? (and/or would you rather she didn't) As much as she likes; he'll figure out what to do with it when it happens and how it happens
- Is your character vampiric? He's infected with his world's version of vampirism, but is still technically alive and human.
- Is your character slightly animal/werewolf/only half-human? Full human
- Is your character mafia related? ...His family might be (Italian on both sides, Dad's mom was Sicilian).
- If your character is female, she'll only do it to get something from other guys in the area.

Only if she goes far enough that they end up in bed. As for being used, Derek's pretty smart; he may figure it out on his own, and depending on what it is, may go along with it or gently cut her off.

The tl;dr permissions post:

1. Can she steal from your character(s): I'll say yes for everyone but Mammon, though honestly I don't think she can get much from Ikki.
-If so:
- What: Anything of their belongings, from the top of my head the "biggest" things of each char would be... Luka: a whip. Boa Hancock: her snake Salome. Ikki: his pandora box. Keiichi: a baseball bat or his push knives. Those are the items they posses that get mentioned the most often, however the difficulcy to get them is mid to high. Other than that anything is game, even their beds if you want.
- Value: Luka's and Keiichi's items don't have much value. Hancock's snake may be more valuable be it due its color or due its intelligence but by itself it isn't that special. Ikki's pandora box would be the most valuable thing or at least the most tempting one.
- How personal is it? All the items mentioned are very personal for each character, in fact they usually have them with themselves constantly, that's why it wouldn't be easy to get them.
- Is there a story attached? Yeah but Im not going to tl;dr it for each item, come ask me if you want more info
- Curses? No... Except the pandora box, the legend says it would kill anyone except the owner who tries to open it. Actually it doesn't but she doesn't need to know xD
- To what lengths will your character go to get it back? The mentioned items are very dear and special to all my chars so they would go through anything to get them. Except Luka, who will mostly shrug and get another whip after a while xD
- Are there magic items she can steal from your character(s)? / Would it be obvious how to work it? Ikki's pandora box... It's quite obvious it hides something heavy and probably valuable, but first she would have to open the box and that just won't happen as the box won't open except to Ikki's hand.
- Can she break into your character's shops/personal space? All the personal space my chars have are their apartments D:

2. How much can she flirt with your character? All she wants for Ikki, Keiichi and Luka. Hancock and Mammon just wouldn't be fun so I'll say no directly.
- Is your character vampiric? Nope
- Is your character slightly animal/werewolf/only half-human? Nooope
- Is your character mafia related? Mammon is a mafia assassin
- If your character is female, she'll only do it to get something from other guys in the area. Luka is female (and an android -oh right, Fujiko could try to steal Luka herself, since she technically belongs to Adell if he gives the ok, singing androids are shiny and valuable yes?)

Flonne ... well, depending on what it is, she'd probably just let her take it, even if she caught her in the act.

- What: For Yuri: He has various swords and axes that he's taken in from the shops over the time he's spent in Luceti, but the most notable is Dien Nomos, The Magical Sword Of Importance from his canon. There's also an aque blastia core (palm-sized blue sphere) that, while it can't do anything special in Luceti, is pretty to look at, if nothing else. If either of those items disappear, he'll definitely come looking for them. And he won't be happy, either |D; For Flonne: She has her pendant, which she normally wears but will sometimes take off and forget about for a day or two. If that disappears, she'll come looking for it for certain. Her manga (the little she has) and her collectable figures (of the Prism Rangers from her canon) aren't really anything of worth, but if they are so much as knocked over, she'll flip her lid.
- Value: The blastia core, Dein Nomos, and the pendant are highly valuable to the ones who they belong to/people who know what they're used for, but it's possible Fujiko won't see much value in them. ... Or at the very least, probably not the pendant.
- How personal is it?: The blastia core has personal value to Yuri, as does the pendant to Flonne. Dein Nomos ... not so much. It's more or less just "something important".

Caesar is super-skilled with filters, but he rarely does it unless it's necessary. Miakis usually doesn't bother. Cas also probably won't filter much. She can threadhop and sulk as she pleases. xD I don't think any of my characters will get mad at her for it, either.

Pretty unlikely. Caesar is not only lazy, but also incredibly indifferent to, uh, everything. Miakis isn't the type to want to get back at people unless Fujiko actually tried to harm her. Cas also wouldn't bother unless he had a good reason to, and her messing with him wouldn't be one of them. :|b

Nope. Caesar isn't intimidating in the least. Miakis is more the friendly type, so she'd have no reason to. Cas also wouldn't have any reason to, but he does have some unusual powers. I think the only relevant one is his ability to teleport, however, and if something happens with Fujiko, he'll probably just... leave that way. |D

Caesar's a pretty good liar when he tries, but he doesn't tend to do it until it comes to personal things, so there's nothing to worry about there. It would be hard to tell when Miakis is lying since she tends to talk in a very playful manner - it's hard to differentiate sarcasm from her regular way of speaking. Cas... doesn't understand the point of lying, so he won't be doing it much, if at all.

Caesar can probably tell when someone's lying, but odds are he'll have no reason to use it against her. That, and he likely won't care enough to find out the truth anyway. Miakis isn't that nosy. Castiel can read emotions, but he might be confused about them anyway.

6. Is your character likely to intimidate her?: Ffff he looks normal enough. And will swoon at her. She's more likely to turn him into her bitch.

- Superpowers she would easily find out about through nosiness/journals/word on the street?: He fights with his feet. And he is damn good at it.

7. Can she see through other character's disguises? Can your character see through her lies?: He has no disguises. And as for her lies... it depends. Sanji's very perceptive, especially when it comes to the nature of people, but if she's a master liar I'm not gonna godmod him into the know.

- Can she tell when your character is lying?: When they first meet each other? Doubtful. Sanji's a good liar when he wants to be. Buuut as they talk more, she'll naturally catch on.

- In seeing through other people, she gives some of herself away, would that character be able to use it and see through parts of her in return?: P-possibly?

- What: Anything she wants.
- Value: Not much.
- How personal is it? His sai have TONS of sentimental value. Same for the pair of katana sitting in his room. He'd be pissed as hell if those got taken. The rest... not so much, but he'd still be mad.
- Is there a story attached? Just personal stuff surrounding those swords.
- Curses? Nope.
- To what lengths will your character go to get it back? He'll probably try to hunt her down. Depends on how angry it makes him.
- Can she break into your character's shops/personal space? Sure.

3. For animal characters, Can she love all over them?
- She gets along best with wolves, "monsters", and anything bigger than a wolf (in canon, polar bears, reindeers, tigers, lions) -- she has a toss up with small cats, as many of them creep her out. So please remind me which type/category it best falls under: He's a mutant. I guess that puts him under the "monster" category.
- Is she allowed to be instantly clingy to them? YES
- Are they likely to bite if she is (at which she'll try to be more calm): Nah. Unless he's feeling frisky *cough*
- Can she sing to them? All she wants

4. Can she hack your journals/threads/etc. How about thread-jump?
While obviously I won't go for the ones locked 100%... Anything you want. :)
- Are your characters really as skilled at the locking as banks and the Pentagon? No, he sucks.
- Is she allowed to hack lulzy things that have no REASON to be hacked? Yes XD

- How violently will your character(s) react after a point/what's the breaking point? It really all depends on his mood. He doesn't have much patience, but he isn't overly cruel either.

- Is it something she probably did? Probably not.
- Could they get through her (many many many) traps? More than likely, but not always.
- Would they try to lure her/trap her? Probably not.
- Is your character a master swordsman / can they deflect bullets? No bullet deflecting, but he's mastered a lot of weapons.
- Is your character a martial artist / how good are they? Not unbeatable, kind of sloppy, but otherwise pretty damn good.
